Privacy
How we use your data.
We keep this short. We collect very little, and we only use it to reply to you. Last updated 29 October 2026.
Who we are
This website is run by Meet Col. Ltd (“Col.”, “we”), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17530247. Registered office: 52 Worley Road, St Albans, AL3 5NN.
We are the controller of the personal data described here.
Questions about your data: ben@meetcol.ai
What we collect
- When you ask for a case study: your email address, the case study you asked for, the date, and whether you ticked the box to get our emails.
- When you email us or book a call: your name, your email address and anything you choose to tell us. Bookings go through a Google Calendar booking page, and Google’s privacy policy also applies there.
- When you visit the site: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits and pages viewed. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites. Our host, Cloudflare, also processes your IP address to deliver and protect the site.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To send you the case study you asked for, and to reply to you.
- To keep a record of who asked for what, so we can follow up about our services in a sensible way.
Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your request and running our business.
If you tick the box on the form, we also send you occasional emails about our work. Our legal basis for these is your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time, with the link in every email or by emailing us. If you do not tick the box, we only send the case study and our replies.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We use these services to run the site and our business, and they process data for us under contract:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, the case study form and visit counts.
- Notion: our record of case study requests and contacts.
- Google Workspace: our email and calendar.
Some of these companies store data outside the UK, including in the USA. When they do, the transfer has the safeguards that UK law requires, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contract clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for 2 years after our last contact with you. Then we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email ben@meetcol.ai. We will reply within one month.
If you are not happy with how we use your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
